产品介绍

荧光法生物检测在灵敏度和便利性的方面具有很大的优势。许多生物分子可以很容易地用荧光标签标记,用于荧光成像和流式细胞仪分析。 然而,大多数现有的荧光标签用于永久性标记生物靶标,从中不能切割添加的荧光标签以进行进一步的下游分析,例如质谱分析。 AAT Bioquest的ReadiCleave 探针使荧光标签与生物靶标结合,可以在需要时从中去除附加的荧光标签。 此ReadiCleave AML iFluor 488包含一个叠氮基甲基化合物,可以用TCEP裂解该化合物,以从靶分子中除去iFluor 488荧光团。 可以通过添加10 mM TCEP溶液(pH 7.5)并在65°C孵育1-5分钟来进行裂解。iFluor 488是AlexaFluor®488的卓越替代品。iFluor 488和AlexaFluor®488具有非常相似的光谱特性。
