产品介绍

小麦胚芽凝集素(WGA)是一种凝集素,可与N-乙酰基-D-葡萄糖胺和唾液酸结合。它是生物学研究最多且最有用的凝集素。由于WGA与糖结合物结合,其衍生物和结合物被广泛用于标记细胞膜和纤维化疤痕组织,以进行荧光成像和分析。WGA的碳水化合物结合特异性针对β-1,4-GlcNAc连接的残基,即壳聚糖。每个单体包含两个相同的,非相互作用的结合位点,它们与3或4个β-1,4-GlcNAc单元互补。在检查的单糖中,只有GlcNAc与WGA结合。ManNAc不结合,而GalNAc仅弱结合。WGA的AF488共轭物相当于WGA的AlexaFluor®488共轭物。AF488 WGA共轭物与唾液酸和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖残基结合后表现出明亮的荧光(AlexaFluor®是ThermoFisher的商标)。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的小麦胚芽凝集素,AF488标记。
