产品介绍

iFluor 488酪胺是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于荧光标记的试剂,对于许多免疫组织化学(IHC)应用,传统的酶促扩增程序足以实现足够的抗原检测。但是,有几个因素限制了这些程序的敏感性和实用性。 Tyramide信号放大(TSA)已被证明是一种特别通用且强大的酶扩增技术,提高了检测灵敏度。TSA依靠HRP在低浓度过氧化氢的存在下将含有标记酪胺的底物转化为氧化的高反应性自由基的能力,该自由基可与HRP处或附近的酪氨酸残基共价结合。为了实现最大IHC检测,酪胺用荧光团预标记。每个过氧化物酶标记物的多个酪胺底物转换所赋予的信号放大转化了对低丰度靶标的超灵敏检测以及使用较少量的抗体和杂交探针。在免疫组织化学应用中,源自TSA方法的灵敏度增强允许增加一级抗体稀释以减少非特异性背景信号,并且可以克服由次优固定程序或低水平靶表达引起的弱免疫标记。 iFluor 488酪胺含有极其明亮且可光稳定的iFluor 488,可通过标准FITC过滤器试剂盒轻松检测到。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的iFluor 488酪胺检测试剂。
