产品介绍
钙测量对于许多生物学研究至关重要。在结合钙时显示光谱响应的荧光探针使研究人员能够通过使用荧光显微镜、流式细胞术、荧光光谱和荧光酶标仪来研究细胞内游离钙浓度的变化。可以使用显微注射等方式，用这些葡聚糖缀合的钙指示剂的不透细胞盐形式对细胞进行物理加载。使用荧光显微镜检测来自这些细胞的荧光信号。与AM 酯形式相比，我们的钙指示剂的葡聚糖形式表现出更少的渗漏。 RatioWorks Cal-590L/Cy5-Dextran Conjugate 携带不依赖钙的 Cy5 荧光团作为参考颜色。Cal-590L 荧光团可以被氪激光在 568 nm 处很好地激发，其中 Cy5 的激发最小。参考 Cy5 荧光团可以被 633 nm 的 He-Ne 激光或 647 nm 的红色激光很好地激发，其中 Cal-590L 荧光团的激发最小。
